Oat Pancakes

Ingredients

Dona Foltz

1 cup flour

1 1/2 cup oats

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 egg

1 cup milk

2 tablespoons butter

Directions

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl; stir.

Beat egg and milk; add to dry ingredients.

Melt butter on griddle, then pour into batter and stir to combine.

Pour 1/3 cup batter onto hot buttered griddle for each pancake, adding butter as needed.

Brown until bubbles form and hold on surface; turn, brown other side.

Serve with maple syrup, butter.
